Refund Policy

In Store

Rodwell and Astor offers a full refund on purchases made in store within 7 days from the date of purchase. Proof of receipt will be required. This does not apply to custom orders.

Any returned item must be in perfect condition with no damage to the item or the packaging. Goods must in their original packaging particularly for change of mind returns. 

Online

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on items purchased online however we can offer you a store credit.

Return postage will be at the buyers expense unless stated otherwise. 

Bulky Items

Please note: a restocking fee of 30% will be applicable on change of mind returns for bulky items. This amount will cover the reasonable costs of ordering stock in for you, as ordered items unfortunately cannot be returned to the manufacturer.

Faulty Items

In the occurrence of a faulty item please report it to us within 7 days of your purchase date or receiving your order.
  • Photograph the item if possible to capture the fault.
  • Send your image to admin@rodwellandastor.com.au
  • Please call us on 03 9024 0080 if you would like to discuss.
We will always endeavour to offer a replacement however in the rare occasion that we are unable to supply a replacement, a store credit (in some cases a refund) will be issued.

 

Broken or Damaged Items

We take a lot of care in ensuring that our orders are carefully packaged for their journey to you, however we understand that breakages and damage can occur in transit.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or broken please follow these steps for a refund or replacement. Your claim must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your item so we encourage you to check items as soon as they arrive.

  • Photograph the item. Ensure 3 things are visible in the photo. 1. the broken item or the damage. 2. The original packaging and any damage to the packaging. 3. The shipping label.

Once we have received your claim we will assess and either replace or refund the item/s

 

Sale items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Refunds may take up to 2 business days to appear in your account. 

 

Note:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
