Certain products may be available in limited quantities only. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

Many of our items are produced in small runs, sourced from partner suppliers, or offered as one-off pieces. Availability shown on the website may occasionally change before your order is processed. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to discuss available options, which may include waiting for restock, selecting an alternative, store credit or a refund.

5. Product Descriptions and Images

We make every effort to display product descriptions, dimensions, finishes, materials and colours as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions, images or other content on the site are completely accurate, current or error-free.

Colours, textures and finishes may vary due to screen settings, lighting conditions, natural material variation and manufacturing processes.

Many of our products are made from natural materials, hand-finished, vintage, reclaimed or artisan-made. Variations in grain, texture, glaze, tone, patina, weave or finish are considered part of the character of the item and are not regarded as faults.

6. Vintage, One-of-a-Kind and Floor Stock Items

Vintage, one-of-a-kind and floor stock items may show signs of age, wear or prior use consistent with their nature. We do our best to photograph and describe condition accurately, however minor imperfections may not always be individually listed.

Unless required by Australian Consumer Law, all vintage, one-of-a-kind and floor stock purchases are sold as is, sold as seen, and are final sale. We strongly encourage customers to review all photographs carefully and to contact us with any questions prior to purchase.

Where an item is available for in-store viewing or collection, inspection prior to purchase or collection is recommended.

7. Custom Orders and Supplier Orders

Some items sold through our website are custom ordered for you from third-party suppliers or partner warehouses. Estimated lead times are provided in good faith but are approximate only.

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including supplier production schedules, shipping delays, port congestion, freight disruptions and customs clearance.

Where an item is custom ordered, made to order, specially ordered, or brought in specifically for you, cancellation or change-of-mind returns may not be accepted, or may incur a restocking or cancellation fee where permitted by law and disclosed in our relevant policy.

Please contact us prior to purchase if you require confirmation of current availability or dispatch timing.

8. Orders and Billing Information

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our sole discretion. We may also limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store. You agree to promptly update your details, including your email address, shipping address and payment information, so we can complete your transaction and contact you if needed.

If we need to change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We use third-party freight and delivery providers. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timing may be affected by factors outside our control, including regional freight schedules, weather events, carrier delays and access constraints.

Delivery is generally door-to-door only unless otherwise agreed in writing. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is safe and reasonable access for delivery, including stair access, lifts, narrow hallways, restricted sites or authority to leave.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for bulky or oversized goods, and some items may require a custom freight quote before dispatch.

Additional delivery charges may apply for regional, remote, difficult-access or re-delivery circumstances. If this applies, we will contact you before proceeding where possible.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery, collection or authority to leave, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Collection of Goods

Where free in-store collection is offered, customers are responsible for collecting items within a reasonable time after notification that the goods are ready.

Customers or their nominated carrier should inspect items at the time of collection. To the extent permitted by law, claims for visible damage after collection may not be accepted where the item was collected by the customer or their agent.

11. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our returns, refunds and exchange processes are governed by our Returns Policy and, where relevant, our Shipping Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product has a major failure, is not as described, or does not meet guarantees that cannot be excluded under law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless expressly stated in our Returns Policy.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools or links over which we neither monitor nor have control.
