Luxury and glamour go hand in hand with the soft pile of the Pewter Chinchilla. Crafted from fine, smokey grey fibres, the delicately patterned fur has a gentle sheen with an inviting, luxurious touch. The perfect accessory for a sumptuous and moody interior.

In addition to throws, Pewter Chinchilla is also available in a plush pod. An inviting statement piece, plush pods are the perfect excuse to relax and unwind. Each pod comes as a cover only and requires a 300L fill of your choice.

Each Heirloom piece is carefully hand-crafted by expert tailors in New Zealand using the highest quality modacrylic fibres from around the globe. As beautiful and indulgent as the real thing, the quality and handmade nature of these pieces recreate the weight and warmth of genuine fur.

Shipping & Lead Times

Each piece is custom made to order in New Zealand with exceptional care and craftsmanship. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your throw to be produced and dispatched.

Rodwell and Astor requires a street address for all deliveries, unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers unless prior shipping arrangements have been made with us. Deliveries are only door to door and not brought into the premise unless stated otherwise. 
PICK UP from our Brunswick store is free and available during business hours. 
We check all orders thoroughly prior to notification that your goods are ready for collection, however we encourage all pick ups to be checked at the time of collection. Collection of orders is the bearers responsibility and damage claims will not be accepted.

Care Instructions

Each HEIRLOOM piece is custom made with care in New Zealand using the highest quality faux fur. With proper care, your throw or cushion will maintain its luxurious look and feel for years to come. General Care * Gently shake to restore natural loft and shape * Lightly brush with a soft pet brush to maintain fluffiness and smooth texture * Keep away from direct sunlight to avoid fading * Avoid rough surfaces to prevent snagging Spot Cleaning * Gently blot spills immediately with a clean, damp cloth * For light soiling, spot clean with mild detergent and cool water * Avoid rubbing or saturating the fabric Washing Instructions * Throws: Cold hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle using mild detergent. Do not bleach. * Cushion Covers: Remove insert. Cold hand wash or gentle machine wash. Zip closed before washing. * Drying: Line dry in shade. Do not tumble dry or iron. Storage * Store in a cool, dry place * Avoid compressing for long periods—fluff before use
