Rodwell & Astor requires a street address for all deliveries.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
Deliveries are door-to-door only and are not brought inside the premises unless specified otherwise.

Click & Collect – Brunswick Store

Free pick up is available during business hours.
All orders are checked thoroughly prior to notifying you that they are ready for collection.
We strongly recommend checking your item at the time of pick up. Responsibility for collected goods transfers to the customer upon collection, and damage claims cannot be accepted thereafter.

Pre-Order and Custom Order items are sourced through our trusted trading partners. As some products are supplied by third-party warehouses, dispatch times may vary. Please allow approximately **7–10 business days** for your order to be ready for dispatch from our Melbourne showroom.

**Cancellations & Refunds**

A 20% restocking fee applies to cancellations and refund requests for Pre-Order and Custom Order items, where permitted by Australian Consumer Law. This fee covers the reasonable costs associated with order processing, supplier administration, freight, handling and returning goods to our trading partners.

This policy does not affect your rights to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, including where an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees.
