Dispatch Timeframes
* All in-stock items are shipped the next working day.
* Some products supplied by our third-party partners may take a little longer. Please allow up to 7–10 working days for dispatch from our Melbourne showroom.
Delivery Requirements
* Rodwell & Astor requires a street address for all deliveries.
* Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
* Deliveries are door-to-door only and are not brought inside the premises unless specified otherwise.

* Free pick up is available during business hours.
* All orders are checked thoroughly prior to notifying you that they are ready for collection.
* We strongly recommend checking your item at the time of pick up. Responsibility for collected goods transfers to the customer upon collection, and damage claims cannot be accepted thereafter.
