All Vintage items are shipped next working day. In an effort to tread a little lightly on this planet, we carefully package your item using a combination of new and recycled packaging materials. We understand that this item may be a one off item that is difficult to replace, so we take the utmost care in wrapping.

Rodwell and Astor requires a street for all deliveries, unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes unless prior shipping arrangements have been made with us. Deliveries are only door to door and not brought into the premise unless stated otherwise.

PICK UP from our Brunswick store is free and available during business hours.

We check all orders thoroughly prior to notification that your goods are ready for collection, however we encourage all pick ups to be checked at the time of collection. Collection of orders is the bearers responsibility and damage claims will not be accepted.

We will strive to deliver your items within the specified timeframe, however please note that lead times are an estimate only and they may change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will advise you of any significant delays. 

Wipe chrome with a soft microfibre cloth; for fingerprints, use a gentle, non-abrasive cleaner and dry immediately.

Clean glass with standard glass cleaner and a soft cloth (avoid abrasive pads).

Avoid harsh chemicals, scouring products, or gritty polishes that may scratch chrome or glass.

Lift items on/off shelves (don’t drag) to minimise surface marking.

This is a genuine vintage item, and as such may show small signs of wear including light marks, patina, or surface scratches consistent with age and use. We do our best to photograph and describe condition accurately. Please review all images carefully, and feel free to contact us for additional photos or details prior to purchase.
