Meet The Designer
Jacob E Bang was a pioneering figure in Danish glass design. As chief designer at Holmegaard Glassworks (1925–1942), he was instrumental in shaping the modern Danish aesthetic. After a period working in ceramics, he joined Kastrup Glasværk in 1957, continuing his legacy of elegant functionalism through minimalist form and masterful craftsmanship.
