Delivery Requirements
* Rodwell & Astor requires a street address for all deliveries.
* Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
* Deliveries are door-to-door only and are not brought inside the premises unless specified otherwise.

* Free pick up is available during business hours.
* All orders are checked thoroughly prior to notifying you that they are ready for collection.
* We strongly recommend checking your item at the time of pick up. Responsibility for collected goods transfers to the customer upon collection, and damage claims cannot be accepted thereafter.

Rotate every few months for even wear.

Use a quality rug underlay to reduce slip and protect the weave.

Blot spills immediately with clean water and a white cloth—don’t rub.

Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to minimise fading.

For a deep clean, we recommend professional rug cleaning only.

Vintage rugs are pre-loved and one-of-a-kind. Minor variations in size, colour, fringe, and wear are normal and expected. Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. We photograph each piece as accurately as possible—please review all images carefully before purchasing.
